Recovery, Setbacks, and Starting Again
Last year, I shared the stage with some of the industry’s leaders in the 2024 Recovery and Sleep Summit to share my story—what led me to step away from flying, how I rebuilt from chronic injury and systemic illness, and the turning points that shaped how I now coach.
This talk is for anyone who’s been sidelined by injury, illness, or lingering health challenges—and is trying to figure out how to rebuild.
It’s not a list of tips or quick fixes. It’s a story about what actually shifted things for me—how I slowly started trusting my body again, and what I’ve learned about resilience, healing, and coaching along the way.
